Beyond her fractional leadership and consulting work, Gabrielle is passionate about developing talent and sharing knowledge.
With over five years of mentoring experience and 200+ students guided throughout their careers, she's helped place and trained many of today's designers in leading design studios and organizations.

We start with the foundations of information design: what data visualization is (and isn’t), how people actually read charts, and what tends to break when the work has to live inside a dashboard, report, or deck.
Then we get practical: define the audience, choose the point, pick what to show first (and what to cut), and build a narrative structure that holds up in a room full of stakeholders.
We also spend time on visual language basics, including color: using it with intention, handling constraints, and avoiding the most common failure modes.
You’ll leave with a small set of shared tools your team can reuse.

“Gabrielle provided focused and actionable feedback, understanding that a major overhaul wouldn't be feasible. For both, after the call, the design team was able to significantly enhance their direction within two days.[...] All team members at Revisual felt energized and excited afterward. They felt their work was valued and received gentle guidance in a positive direction, motivating them to improve rather than feeling discouraged. A consultation call with Gabby is truly an educational experience.”

"Gabrielle helped me clarify and define my own path in terms of working on side projects, decision making at work and activities to help me find my own personal brand. I found her approach to listen, provide feedback by giving examples incredibly helpful. I am lucky to have found her as a mentor"
